Whole batch is about 2100 calories by my calcs, and that's before they see the deep fryer. And the total protein is 72g. 14% protein by calorie? Eh. Still better than a normal donut, I suppose.
I'll try it, maybe, cutting everything by 1/2 because that's a lot of food for just me
