I don't mind the outfit at all, but don't male coaches have to wear full suits? I hate the dress code double standards, she can just be out there in what's basically casual wear and get praise from everyone. Guys should be able to coach in jeans and a polo shirt or whatever, then.
Coaches do not have to be fully suited up. I know locally, Tom Izzo wears a hoodie on occasion. Also, does go with a suit a lot too, but it's not a dress code double standard.
