Also this game is so bizarre in the best way. Is that a good guy chain chomp? Are those goombas in those underground stair platforming sections? It's almost surreal I love it.

Yeah LA has possibly the most charm of any game in the series. Its absolutely adorable at times (and like most adorably things from our childhoods, *extremely* dark if you take a few moments to think about it)---
If it was about babies we'd have universal maternal care. There would be no charge no matter how complex the delivery. But its not about babies, is it?
