Today was chest and triceps day for me, with core stuff tacked on at the end. I have a four day per week workout plan. Chest / Triceps day looks like this right now:
-Bench Press, 3 x 10
-Incline Dumbbell Bench Press, 3 x 10
-Chest Dips, 3 x 20
-Skullcrushers, 3 x 12
-Incline Dumbbell Fly, 3 x 10
-Weighted Push Ups, 3 x 20
-Cable Triceps Pushdown, 3 x 10
-Plank, 3 sets, 1:30 seconds for the first two, as long as possible for the last set
-Hollow Hold to Jackknife, 3 x 12
That is a lot of volume
