Still looks kinda worse imo, even though from memory it appears to be more show-accurate lol.
The original one had metallic-looking pieces and paint.
I believe that one is a rather low budget option figure. This one below is a more recent one that is greatly higher quality, and priced accordingly.

PE doesn't make official merchandise, notice how it's only referred to as "Beast Gorira".
I didn't realize that Optimus Primal was only 9 inches though, certainly explains why it is the way it is.
