No idea. Considering the lack of DNA evidence on the gun, I would say the cop LIKELY planted it.

However, there's no evidence actually supporting that theory. You can't convict someone on what LIKELY happened.

So what's the point of stirring up stupid shit when even you believe he did it? It's not like you served on the jury and actually heard all the evidence, you're just complaining that people were hoping for justice.
