Of course he does. I can't really think of a person more the opposite of Trump than Colbert. He's a Democrat, but I don't think that's it. He never went into Bush as hard as Trump. I think that on a personal level he's just disgusted with the man, which isn't really hard to understand.
Trump is stupid, sleazy, and racist. Bush was a war mongering tyrant who got like a million people killed with two pointless wars and completely destabilized an entire region. He also allowed the economy to almost completely collapse. Your priorities are way out of wack if you can't tell which is worse.
I meant on a personal level, rather than a policy one. Also, it hasn't even been a year yet. Give Trump some time.
