I cannot believe the amount of guys here telling this dude not to bother approaching a girl at work! No wonder the vast majority of guys these days get accused of being 'soft' 'betas' or 'weak' women love a guy with confidence more than anything else.

I got bored of meeting girls in nightclubs a couple years back! Mainly because I prefer talking to girls that are sober.

If I see a attractive girl in the street/bus stop/inside a shop etc I'll just say hi and tell her what stood out about her and introduce myself. If a girl is not interested then fine! If they are we will keep chatting and will either ask for her number or take her for an instant coffee date if we both free.
Bus stops are good, especially in the U.K. With the rubbish bus service we have haha as chatting can kill boredom. In shops like HMV I often go in the Blu Ray section so can often start a conversation about films she might be browsing or any she is holding.

How should I ask out this cute cashier? :3
