Team Rocket Elite posted... I think we technically only have Stronghart's word to go by regarding who killed Genshin and no actual evidence. So who really knows if he was telling the truth or not. I guess Jigoku could confess but he has little reason to since there's no evidence he was ever at the graveyard.
I had that same question too, but I'm willing to mostly believe Stronghart here, because that seems to be the bargaining chip he has over Jigoku. Although he may be lying about whether or not it was Jigoku killed Genshin or if it was Stronghart that actually pulled the trigger. Either way, both were likely there and had culpability for what happened.
