This. Smoking ended up making my anxiety exponentially worse. Got so bad if I had an anxious thought I'd get a panic attack, had to give it up.

I didn't really notice any negative side effects, just that my anxiety/depression were more manageable. I take it in the morning, so it doesn't mess with my sleep.
