One of my clients is a major advertisement middleman company. Most decisions for their ad contracts to leave Twitter are purely financial.

Some companies increased their ad spending because there's an increase in their target customers using Twitter. Specifically guns, ammo, outdoor gear, and hunting gear.

Most companies reducing or ending ad contracts are those who see twitter losing their target customers. It isn't even political at this point, purely financial. You need to make a certain amount of profit back to justify the ad spending on one platform over others.
