Yeah same here. It's not like the tweets actually offend me or probably almost any other white people. It's just the attitude that it's ok when its directed toward white people but completely unacceptable for anyone else
Exactly. It's the whole double standard that pisses me off. I wouldn't be nearly as upset about Jeong's posts if the NYT and other "woke" publications were playing by their own rules, but they don't. They honestly seem to think that discrimination against white people, and ONLY white people, is okay, and that sets a horrible precedent.
Granted, I'm a white dude myself, and part of my concern is how the double standard would effect me personally. Still, I shouldn't be disbarred from calling out this kind of BS, my opinion on this matter shouldn't be considered worthless solely based on my skin color or other factors that I was born with. How is that not the very definition of racism? And what's most disgusting is that society at large (especially the mainstream media and others who actually wield power) will just turn the other way when this kind of stuff goes on, or worse, advocate it. How the hell did Civil Rights go so far in the other direction that we completely threw out all the stuff about judging a person by their character and other such logic that the African Americans used to gain their rights? It's long since stopped being about equality, it's now only about switching the positions of oppressor and oppressed. Not that the social justice idiots can ever see this, because in their minds, only whites can ever be the oppressors and only other races can ever be the oppressed. Other races are pure and good and have NEVER committed similar if not worse atrocities than the evil white people did throughout all of human history.

When people say science is white, it's implicit that they believe only white people study the world. When people say that minorities need points biases to get in to colleges, they're explicitly saying white (and asian) people are superior in intelligence.
A huge volume of racist claims are directly seated in a belief in white superiority and it's fucking hilarious.
Along with being pro-censorship, frequently poorly researched if not blatant deniers of fact, and dismissive of any type of a discussion, virtue signalers being blind to their own prejudices is one of the biggest reasons I hate them. Not only do they demonize white people, but they're also belittling the very people they claim to be fighting for. And of course, if you call them out on it, you're just a bigot who "proves" their point because disagreeing with them, no matter how sound the reasoning for disagreeing with them is, is clearly prejudiced (and in worse cases, they think that the people they claim to be fighting for can only be in favor of whatever they preach, lest they be a "race traitor" or have "internalized racism"). The circular logic these people use to make sure only they can ever win really is nothing short of disgusting.
