If youve played a previous monster Hunter game other than world you may be disappointed in the lack of actual hunting and the size of the monster roster.
I came from world so neither bothered me. Its a lot more faster paced than World and you spend most of your time fighting the monster. Traversal is much improved and fights feel faster paced.
the final endgame dlc grind is f***ing rough though so be prepared to spend hours doing the same few fights levelling your rank in Switch. Apparently PC can mod your way through it. Other than that. Its quite good
