I havent played it in awhile but its like facing yourself where everything hurts you but not it. Usually Metroid bosses are about being about able to tank damage and you cant do that in this fight
You've gotta be talking about the fight with the SA-X and not the Omega Metroid, the latter of which is piss easy. The former, not so much.
