The point is many people can still be killed using something other than a gun. If you would like to talk about "what if they had guns but didn't because they can't get them there" then look at France.
And the point is that you're going to have a much harder time trying to kill anybody with a knife versus a gun.

Yes, and it took a group of 5 of them and they were killing at 18% efficiency.
Now take those same 5 people and give them guns.
Now take those same 5 people in America where citizens can conceal carry legally. How far would they have gotten before citizens started defending themselves?
