It was a bit strange that they had such a specifically strong opinion on Trump when they usually have libertarian views and they just portray the entire big government political system as bad.
The last season kind of started like they were making fun of both Trump and Hillary equally, but as the season went on and it became progressively clear that Trump wasn't just going to straight lose the election the whole show was as someone else already described it, like the Daily Show, where they were just bashing Trump and making fun of people who don't agree with the current liberal viewpoint.
