Notice it's a lot of the smaller Youtubers saying that it's a big threat. They likely aren't able to afford lawyers and just do research on their own and come up with the conclusion that it's a scary thing.
I think it might be more along the lines that most of the big Youtubers haven't responded is because they are too busy producing their normal content. Other than that, I fully expect an Angry Joe meltdown within the next few weeks. Hell, Boogie2988 went 100% into Francis mode in his newest video he released last night and it is a true shit show to behold. Yeah, he's in his character, but you can tell these are his legit emotions and he is PISSED at the FTC for real. This is an emotional meltdown of epic proportions. I hope he seeks therapy (and I hope the FTC backs the hell off):
