- This was never intended to be sexual. It's more like a taunt.

And? Implying she is underage; it depicts someone under 18 revealing herself. Spreading this around is absolutely CP.
Really? I guess medical clinics showing kids getting treated for diseases on their genitals is CP too. Right? It's amazing how everyone just cries CP while ignoring the whole situation.
