Zeus posted... Given that the SNES had first-person titles like Doom, I'd be surprised if that was the reason.
Im not sure if there are any others besides Doom. There might be but I cant think of any off the top of my head. Doom though on the SNES did not play very well in my opinion. Just looks bad and doesnt play very smooth. I was just speculating and Im sure there are probably several other reasons why it never was released but there must have been some marketing money behind it to get a poster before it was canned.
