I think there's something wrong with my washing machine. I use a quarter cap of the Tide liquid detergent and every time I use the machine the clothes come out soaking wet. Like, they're dripping water. Frequently there are suds left in the drum too.

Landlord has checked it out and claims it's the timer and I just need to run it again... which sort-of deals with the suds, but the clothes are still dripping wet every time. Drying a load takes almost 2 hours.

What gives?
