Mega Man 11 (PS4)Another very fun Mega Man game. Difficulty balance is weird, once you get the hang of the Double Gear system the platforming isn't that hard, and it's very easy to stock up on bolts and therefore lives/E-tanks. However, the first few levels when you don't have the parts yet can be pretty brutal. Wily's castle is actually pretty easy this time around due to the combination of these two elements, but enjoyable. Really liked the visuals, music was good too, if not incredibly memorable due to its style. Best stage select music though. I think this one ranks around the upper-middle for me in terms of classic Mega Man, certainly one of the better ones.
I'm sure I'll be playing this more often in the future. Still have to beat the X games from the second X Legacy Collection, but I'm dreading those a little. Never played X4-X8 before, I did beat the X5 mavericks already but X5's main gimmick and some of its design choices just baffle me, so I don't like it much, and it's going to get mostly worse from there from what I've gathered. X4 was fun though.
