Much better today. Been able to eat small amounts of fairly plain foods (potato, plain pasta, grilled cheese). Still only drinking water and mild soft drink. Tried seeing how [this was deleted at the request of a moderator or administrator] might work out; no physical negative effects but it blew the foggy headedness up to 11 so won't try that again for a bit. Only thrown up once since yesterday morning, and it was a small amount rather than throwing up everything I'd so much as looked at in the last few hours.
