Oh she's definitely not, but we work in an industry where creativity is more valuable than intelligence. As such, I handle the paperwork and she handles the artistic vision then our entire crew works together to execute what she comes up with. Despite probably being double digits higher IQ I could not do her job 100%. Sometimes success is finding the niche you fill best and supporting people at what they do best.
