The law of diminishing marginal utility. The more you get of something, the less satisfaction you get from it. Some people are tired of girls and fucking.
Remember when you were a kid, and you opened up that sweet new video game console for Christmas or your birthday? And you were like "oh fuck yeah this is the greatest thing ever!!!", but then years later it was just an old piece of junk that you never used anymore? Girls are no different.
Alternatively, it's like if you chase a butterfly, it'll fly away. But if you sit still, it'll land on you. That's a gross oversimplification of it, but you get the gist.
That's not to say one doesn't tire of the endless pursuits: it certainly becomes tiring as one ages. And gets monotonous (at least for me it did).
