If someone knows they are HIV+, they'll almost certainly be on drugs to suppress their viral load meaning it'll be impossible to catch it.
People who know their status aren't the ones that could infect you - it's people who never get tested that are a danger. And HIV rates are rising fastest among straight people these days, so protect yourselves, hetros!
