I honestly think she should be allowed to sue the business into the ground. There is a such thing as reasonable accommodation. Where I live, I can't even get the vaccine yet and I'm exposed to hundreds of customers every single day. She was never given adequate time to do so. If I were her, not only would I attempt to sue the business into the ground which I think a good lawyer would be able to do, I'd also make sure to blast the business on Social Media.
