You have every right to identify someone who is being a dick as such. The line is supposed to be drawn at feeling a need to physically assault someone for some stupid shit they said. That IS illegal. We're supposed to be able to use our words and control our feelings, not resort to playground fist fights every time someone says something we think is mean.
