Me too. Just make it nothing but Sonic and Shadow stages. No Tails/Eggman stages. And definitely no treasure hunting with Knuckles/Rouge.
I replayed Sonic Adventure 2 recently and anytime I was playing as a hedgehog, the gameplay was fast and fun. Then I got to another character and it was like "omg how did I not hate this as a kid!?" But that's been Sonic Teams problem for most of their 3D games. They keep adding in other characters instead of focusing on the speed of Sonic and Shadow.
