It is ok to not like fat chicks, it is not only acceptable but a good thing since being fat/over weight/obese is unhealthy and not good for your body let alone your self esteem, it causes health problems but also can pass on bad genes or conditions to your children.

I never said you can't date fat women. Usually if someone gets mad at you for not dating fat women - they are probably fat themselves. In which case you shouldn't listen to them.
I am 5'7 and average looking. Would it be better for me to get height surgery, or plastic surgery to attain model like looks?
Neither. You can still get women by being confident even if you're just an average looking midget. Focus on your confidence, probably.
