there's been no talk of her show ending, though Melissa has pointed out she realizes Supergirl died in Crisis, but she's hoping something different happens.
They definitely arent going to even be able to replicate the comic story exactly so theres no reason she needs to die at all. Plus her death could just be a story arc like in the Superman comics in the 90s and she could end up doing extra work as four alternate Supergirls before returning as the original lol...
