From what I hear, the Trump case is going before Judge Cannon, who bent over backwards for him in the matter of the special master? (And then got stamped down by an appeals panel, but still.)
Edit: I would say "at least Trump's supporters can't claim the judge was biased against him", but I suspect that most of the people planning to make that claim will refuse to be persuaded by reality.
