What is it that make some people like butts and others boobs? It's just what the brain tells you. Why does it matter if other people fap to loli hentai if no actual kids are involved? Are we going to ban guro next because imaginary people are being mutilated/murdered? Why not ban it from other forms of fiction too?
There's a few reasons: Loli can be used to aid in child grooming, the tendency for porn use to escalate into harder material, and the fact that voters are more interested in criminalizing this material than the free speech crowd are in defending it.
