Probably not. She had a fiance that she lived with for 6 years but he was similarly mentally ill and died.
She isn't getting any better mentally and her looks are fading, so it's probably a matter of time before things go even further south. To be frank, but harsh, I honestly wonder why she hasn't ended her life as she seems so miserable. It doesn't make sense, yet she'll probably outlive me since she manages to be very physically healthy despite doing tons of drugs.
