Blue because Meowth is my favorite Pokemon. I recently played through Blue with just a Meowth and I kicked that game's ass.Gotta say, in light of that. The one way you could use Pay Day and NOT waste the damn TM (if you didn't want to clone). Hell, you could have a whole team of 'em, that would be epic.
