The taste hits my tongue and my first immediate instinctual thought is "I need to get this out of me, someone is trying to poison me". Something about the sharpness maybe.
It's literally that simple, exactly as I said. I still drink it anyway sometimes, but it's nowhere near the top of my list of sodas.
Oh yeah, I also dislike Dr. Pepper. My one sibling's addicted to it though, I'm shocked they don't have diabetes. I'd rather drink Coke over Dr. Pepper, but drinking Dr. Pepper doesn't make my brain scream "POISON" either so...
