Goku
should've been taking the medicine. He was slated to die
before the androids show up, but he was fine up till he started fighting; so he likely took some, thought it worked out and maybe stopped (or not).
Kelystic posted... why not just wish for heart attack to go away
Why waste a wish when they expected the medicine to do that for them?
