Sewage posted... What plan? Post anything that says a vaccine will be available to the public in December. Fauci saying we could know if the vaccine is safe in December isn't the same thing as the vaccine will be out in December. Post anything from anyone credible or not that is saying a vaccine is most likely going to be readily available to the public this December.
The Oxford vaccine phase 3 should end in late August/early September. If thats promising, they said the US would receive 100 million doses by the end of the year. Thats not nearly enough, but its a start.
*Even if* everything goes smoothly and that optimistic scenario happens, that still wont be enough for things to be normal by Christmas though... 2020 is basically written off at this point.
