West Millgrove is a village in Wood County, Ohio, United States. The population was 174 at the 2010 census.
West Millgrove was originally called Millgrove, and under the latter name was platted in 1835. A post office called West Mill Grove was established in 1837, and the spelling was changed to
West Millgrove in 1895. The village was incorporated in 1874.
