Taylor Swift is up there. Katy Perry is nowhere near the top; she just had an album release which is why she is semi-trending but her recent, controversial actions have gained a lot of negative publicity and hate ("Is math a science?")

#1 is Beyonce. Unlike other top artists, she receives no bad publicity and doesn't do anything controversial. All her highlights are positive/charitable, her music is listenable and appeals to the largest demograph, and she just performed in a superbowl halftime show without people making fun of it (i.e Katy Perry's left shark). She is also married to Jay-Z who also just released a highly anticipated album.

Also Justin Bieber has fallen off most radars after he dropped his initial teenage appeal.
