Does that matter? Won't the Republicans still have to vote to impeach? He could literally release a video of Trump fellating Putin and promising to give him the US East Coast and they wouldn't impeach.
Seems to me like even the Republicans are slowly getting sick of him (plus they have an election to win next year, so distancing themselves from Trumps might actually be their best move). --- Nope...
