The base game was good, story and characters were a little weaker than 1 but the gameplay and endgame were a little better. The multiplayer was fun but nothing essential. Minerva's Den might be in my top 10 DLCs of all time. I'd actually advise playing 2 instead of Infinite, but you can skip 2 safely if you just want to play Infinite.
