All Ive done is made sure to eat out less and incorporate more vegetables into my meals. Also Greek yogurt is a must as long as you can tolerate dairyhigh protein, low calorie, probiotics, all pluses. Just add fruit like blueberries or tangerine slices and youre good to go.
And I guess made it a point to stop overeatingexcept for the times I get hit and eat everything in sight, but at least its no wheee near as frequents
