I just finished a 2 mile run in ~32 degree F weather, wearing a t shirt, sweatshirt, windpants, and a hat. About 2 weeks ago I ran in some ~22F weather, and had an additional layer on my torso and a pair of shorts on as well. I think that's the coldest I would go. I might consider a bit colder, but I would need a balaclava or something for my face; that's by FAR the worst part. Though this is better than anything 85+ imo

I'm sure there are people who would run in much colder weather.

Dude, get some good cold weather running clothes. Ive done 3 hour runs in colder weather than that, you just need the right gear. The winter is the best time for outdoor running.
