Simple. I pick Stryker and the Purifiers.
The Purifiers can easily be modified into a group alt-right lunatics and Stryker is a member of HYDRA (Nazis) who is on assignment to establish them and use their rhetoric to distract the public from HYDRA's actions elsewhere.
It plays off of current events which builds on Stan's initial purpose behind the X-Men.
