It's just speculation, I could be completely wrong, but my guess is
she's not the true villain. In fact I would even bet she's another victim. I can easily see her sticking around as Wanda's friend after all this is over.I point to Pietro as my evidence, Wanda didn't bring him back. Agatha supposedly wants to bring someone back, but she doesn't have that power, so someone else still has to answer for Quicksilver.---
