I think
the Athame/dagger is actually supposed to be the head of the spear of Longinus, which could certainly pack enough of a punch to get through Ethniu's armor or even drawing her blood - a way to hurt even the Divine/Titans, perhaps (though what the effects of using that will be is... interesting). As for the Placard, I don't have the foggiest idea. Heck, I would not be shocked if Harry has no idea what the heck it'll do. ---
