Also way too many pokemon are randomly able to learn Thunderbolt.
yeah, it's always weird to me that something like the Rattatas, Bidoof, the Nidorans, Zigzagoon, Shieldon, Skitty, Rhyhorn were able to summon Thunder from the sky and Blizzards.
Like okay then.... lol
