Golden Road posted...These kinds of jokes are usually bad. The punchline is essentially "ha ha, you thought I was a rapist!" The "ha ha, you thought I was homophobic!" version seems to be the most common variant, but any of these sorts of jokes that rely on the whole "I made it seem like I was a terrible person, but I'm not!" setup are pretty bad.
The rape part wasn't actually intentional, I threw the second half of the topic title on quickly without thinking about the implications, to enhance the self deprecating nature of the topic. It was just supposed to be an "ayyy you thought I lost my virginity but nope I'm still a loser" thing.
Now things are just really awkward and I've lost another account. Oh well.
