Oh no actually the GameFAQs policy is under NDA, but I'm sure they won't enforce it. Basically in the case of our death our consciousness is uploaded into the site so we can continue moderating. Typically our memories are altered so we still think we're alive when in reality we're long gone. Just look at Error, he died back in 2018 but sometimes he still posts.
