Hey Allen, do you really think someone should be a lead moderator of your website when they use the a-word (a word which is auto-flagged to dissuade those who would be heinous enough to use it as an insult from using it as an insult) as an insult?

Do you think your lead moderator, who represents your website, should be calling other users that word as a means of insulting them?
